Here's what happened to me with paypal once. I sold 2 outfits (around $45) that were shipped out of the country. Since USPO doesn't offer tracking numbers for the items, there was no way that I could prove that I sold it. My simple receipt from the post office was not good enough. Thing is, the person filed a complaint through paypal. My account was frozen and she got her full refund back. I never did receive back the outfits so she got the outfits, all of her money back plus I paid for shipping of these items so that's why I don't ship out of the country anymore.
I've filed complaints with sellers before through paypal. One of the options for filing the complaint is Item not as described...Item not received, the list goes on. Sorry, but IMO, I wouldn't use paypal. |
