I just looked up the book and I have added it to my Christmas Wish List!!!
I have a hard time dieting in my house because I have a daughter who does like to eat healthy, but likes other things too AND then there is the husband...who is strictly meat and potatoes!! I won't even tell you want I had to do to get him to eat some brocoli and cauliflower the other day! HA!
I have cooked seperate meals before, so I think I am going to try this after the holidays (hey, that's only fair for me)!!!
Okay, so I had a question...............what supplements do you take while you are on this? There as to be something else to supplement the other nutrients you are missing.
How is your energy level? You know, alittle carbs give you the energy.
What about drinks.....what do you drink??
One last thing.....do you sometimes let yourself have something that is not RAW...like if you are at a dinner party, etc?
Sorry for all the questions.....I'm just alittle pumped about this and can't wait to get started......and want to fine tune all the little details before I start!
