Are you absolutely sure that you have the crate as small as you possibly can make it? When she lays down, there doesn't need to be any space that she doesn't touch. I had a hard time with my male peeing in his crate. I had to finally make his crate about 6"x6". It was tiny, but it made him stop peeing in his crate. I could not leave her in her crate more than about 4 hours at a time. And also don't restrict her water. Restricting her water causes bladder infections. Have it available to her at all times.
