I did the diet pepsi thing too and am down to only one a day - I HAVE to have that one but save it for after dinner and I know how freaking HARD it is to break that habit - I was totally addicted to diet pop for the last 10 years !
Go GIRL !!! now we need before and after pictures ???? hahhaha - ONLY if you want to share but I think 23 is a GREAT LOSS !!! GOOD for you - it took me almost 3 months to lose 15 and man ...it gets SO old eating healthy lol
