I have been drinking a ton of water, I used to never drink any water and just drank diet soda all day. I haven't had a soda in a month and I'm not missing it. For some reason I think that has something to do with it. I haven't been eating hardly any processed foods. Vegies, meat, cheese, eggs etc.
