That would be the best situation, to have a dog that's both inside and outside trained... I really don't mind having a pee pad in the house, but Pepper doesn't want to go potty outside. He sniffs around and I know he knows it's other dog's markings but apparently he feels no need to leave his own...
. And as soon as we come back from the walk, he heads straight to the pad, it's quite funny actually.....
