Thanks!!!!!!!!!! I never thought about the fact that the dog can get distracted by other dogs, etc. I will ask if they'll sit on the floor with her next time. They did tell me that two groomers worked on her, so that gave me confidence that she was safe, but you never know. If they won't agree to what I want, I'll just have to find someone that will
