I have a female who is currently in her third cycle and i've used the velcro diapers with pads, only to be washing them constantly! Then I found a diaper at my house from when one of my human babies was little. I tried putting it on her and wallaaa!
Here's how it works:
-Get a "human" baby diaper in her pounds (or maybe one size up for comfort)
-Cut a slit in the FRONT of the diaper below the pretty belt line
-Put it on her backwards, so the stickys are on her back and her tale is through the slit you cut, and wallaaa!

You have yourself not only a sanitary napkin, but a chastity belt as well. Better yet, when she soils it, just toss it and put on a new one! The only problems are that you need to keep her hair groomed around the waist, as matting may occur, and if she has a bm in it, it will stick to her bottom. This is not the worst thing though, as a gentle warm washing seems to be to Zoe's liking during this time. Try it! Also, just use a cheap diaper, they are thinner and you don't need much.
