take them out at least once a hour they will catch on it may take awhile because yorkies are smaller dogs and can't hold anything for long at all . when they are outside encourage them to go potty and praise them when they do. if they go inside the house you have to catch them in the act tell them no bad dog or something to let them know that's not what you want! immediately take them out to finish and go potty outside! they are really smart and sensitive dogs but they are also stubborn! just keep trying!
