When I had Bo done they put her in a little wooden box that was carved with flowers on top and a brass name plate to attach to the front. It also came with a certificate with the date of cremation and her other info. I was very pleased with it and feel she is still with me when I see it and touch it.
I'm sorry they did that to your Lillie...it does seem they could have done better. I also want to give you my condolences.
