they only put them under if they are scared or struggle or something like that baby teeth have no roots they aren't really set in the gums they just pull them right out. truffle has 2 that need to come out. my sisterinlaw will hopefully do it for me. she works at the local vet's office we had no problems with doing princess's teeth.
