I had the surgery done a few years ago and it is worth it, I also felt almost no pain what so ever. I would go to a C as with a D in a few years you might have to go back and get it redone if you gain any weight.

I had a lift which is the same surgery as a reduction without taking any breast tissue out (they took some out of one to even them out), I wish now I would of went down to a B as I am am thinking about re-doing it since things tend to sag after children.

I have also had many friends go through reductions and it is life changing, they look great and feel like new people.
