I am getting my yorkie when she'll be 10 weeks old and I was wondering when can I take her out on a harness. When she becomes 4 months old and gets her rabies shot or earlier? Also is it safe for her to go out wit me in a carrier before she is allowed to go out on a harness? And is it ok to have a puppy diaper on her when she's in the carrier? |
