I had tried her on Nutro Max for puppies when I first got her ( her breeder had a list of foods she recommended) and she got sick on that. The Vet we take her to really likes Royal Canin brand foods. I fed her the puppy formula until she was a year old (per our vets recommendation) then switched her to the Yorkie Adult formula. Her coat is so soft, she looks really healthy. Just after reading some of the posts about food brands I am wondering...... The only thing both our vet and breeder said was not to give her wet dog food. They said it wasn't good for their teeth and they could fall out later in life....We had a pom before Bailey and the vet said the same thing about him.
