Your post made me laugh so much. You sound so much like me. I'm engaged also and have three dogs and my fiancee's family is always making comments about my furbabies. Just this year I got both my yorkies and for the first one I heard so much crap and then when I got the second one I never thought I'd hear the end of it. LOL!!! I just got done talking to his mom earlier today and she asked me what I wanted for Christmas, so I told her a new doggie carrier type purse, LOL. I just knew she was rolling her eyes through the phone, hehehe! They make comments of my babies clothes and think I'm nuts. If my fiancee wasn't so great I would have ditched him long ago just cause his family stinks!! Yep, that was rude but when we moved in together his mom actually had the nerve to say the following "your taking Snoot, he's so old" I still can't figure out what his age has to do with anything. I've had him since I was 14 and now I'm 25. This woman must be nuts. I guess she thinks old dogs should be tossed away or something, just crazy!! Ok, I could go on and on. Mostly just wanted to say I know where your coming from. Try to ignore them
