I know it's a drag to be awakened early in the morning, but it's usually just a phase that they grow out of. When I first got Dolce at 12 weeks, she couldn't make it through the night without having to pee, so I would set my alarm for 3:00 am so I could take her to her pee pad. And she woke me up early for a month or two (I can't remember exactly how long), and I just dealt with it. I don't want to be harsh, but unless you want to take her into your bed for some extra sleep time, you may have to suck it up and get out of bed with her in the mornings. I know how hard it is to not get enough sleep, but your pup will be sleeping in before you know it. I really think it's a bad idea to put her outside by herself. If you have no natural predators, what about theft? Plus she must be so lonely and afraid out there. They don't like to be separated from their people.
