 Update

They are sending his @$$ to jail! Only for 30 days. It was either that or 1 year of probation, and he is an attention seeker, and self destructive so he chose jail. He made outbursts infront of the judge that I was calling HIS friends and harassing them. I won't even get into who's friends they were, but I don't associate with anyone that we associated with in the past.
I was SO freaking nervous going into the court room and seeing him was hard, and mad me want to puke. He still makes me scared, I'm scared that he's going to get a gun and kill me or something crazy...
The D.A wasn't playing games with this case and when his lawyer tried to get the date pushed back AGAIN, she didn't allow it! I told her I was leaving the country.
I"m so relieved cause he has been haunting my life for a looong time, and it's exhausting being worried someone is going to kill you all the time...Thanks for listening, and thanks for the thoughts and prayers! |
