I cooked the Thanksgiving Dinner last year and will again this year for hubby's side of the family. We lost my FIL a year ago, last July and my MIL is in a nursing home. We bring her to our house and most of hubby's brothers and sisters come home. On Christmas, we stay here and just have a ham or pork loin roast. Something light and easy.
