 Stiff neck
Anybody have any idea? I woke up a week ago last Saturday with a stiff neck. It's on my left side and hurts like a ($#&(wq*&#@$(*&#. I can't turn my head to the left. If I press on the muscle it feels better. I was pressing on it yesterday and something popped, like when you have a tight muscle and you release the pressure. I've been taking Ibuprofen, but nothing works. I've used icy hot and icy hot patches and they don't help. I put some heat on it the other day and that made it worse. It's really bad when I sleep or should I say try to sleep.
Any ideas? The doctor is out because I'm private pay and it's just not in my budget right now. |
