I had a great experience with the CM that I bought yesterday. I think the key is, to use a regular pin brush (NOT a slicker, those hurt
!) and then to use a flea comb to get anything the brush missed. The CM helped me get out all the mats that my Luna has had since I got her a couple of weeks ago.
Try brushing, then combing, and see if that is better. Apply the CM right to the knots, too, they should slide right out.
