8--Personally, I named my jazz band after my dog (The Edith Jones Project) and I am convinced that she appreciates music.
9--We pay ridiculous amounts to take them on airplanes with us so we won't have to leave them when we go on vacation.
Being a Yorkie parent isn't for everyone. It can be a 20 year commitment. I didn't feel that my life was stable and settled enough to have one until I was 42 years old! If you decide to go ahead and bring a Yorkie into your life, Congratulations and welcome to the freak show.... |
It is ridiculous just how true this is!!!!! I don't like my Sissy - I LOVE her so much it scares me, cause I don't know what I would do without her!! She has a closet and wardrobe that rivals mine!!! She can be barker at times, but I blame that on our very barky Eskimo Spitz who absolutely hates Sissy. But she has never played well with others, so it isn't unusual to Sissy. But, she just jumps to places Sissy can't get to, like on our bed, to get away from her. I brush Sissy's hair every morning and evening (takes all of about 2 minutes) and have groomed her myself since I got her.
People who don't own Yorkies will never completely understand your feelings or your behaviors, but we here always will!!!
