Never bumped into that kind of problem before where only one person is peed on like that. Is the Yorkie spayed and is the Pom still with them or has it passed on?
Possible maybe the dog for some reason is nervous with your friend and it is a submissive urination.
Does she put her out to potty before picking her up on her lap? Might help. |
