Is she upset w/ her Karen for any reason? If it's not a urinary problem and she doesn't do it when shes sleeping, and still goes outside and on no one else, to me it sounds like she's doing it intentionally. I really don't have any advice, but I hope they get the yorkie to stop doing this.
