I believe it's corn-based, and they say the mice will eat it, and then go to sleep, become coma-tose and die. Not supposed to affect dogs or cats. If I ever have to use it, I don't think I'll put anywhere that it's accessible to the dogs though.

Please, please, please, DON'T!!! You may think your dogs can't get to it -- I thought so too -- and over $1000 later -- he proved me wrong!

I found the Rode-trol at a feed store. Or google it to find where you can get it on-line...
Well i am going to check into that, as we obious have a wee bit of a Mouse prob. We did some remodeling and door was open for long time several times. plus Moms house is an older house. They just gross me out big time. Mom use to use Decon, but since we moved in she was afraid to, so @ night she set up a couple of traps @ night, one under a shelf way back , i thought is was low enough... well Ms Rosi somehow got to it and set it off....omg she let out a yelp and ran like crazy, was soo afraid she got hurt, but i think it just scared the heck out of her. And besides that i am soo grossed out i cant get myself to get a mouse out of a trap, i am such a wuss....i make my Mom do it. So i am definatly going to check Rode-trol out. Thanks for the info !
