When Chanel plays in the hose she tends to dry out a little - What I did for her was get some Moisture Mist
SKIN Conditioner at Petco - The summer she got really itchy - I used it on her and within hours... she had stopped scratching - PETCO Sells it. It's NOT a hair conditioner - it's a light spray on for the skin and really helped her alot....
also - When you bath him - rinse really really well - and try leaving out the Baby Spray on and just let him go a few days and see if he stopps scratching...
