LOL, don't give up! Eddie HATED booties when I first put them on, and I almost gave up. But I KNEW he had to get used to them if he was going to spend any time outside in our cold.
To be honest, I haven't found the perfect bootie. I don't like fitted boots for serious walks in the snow because they have a tendency to turn on their ankles. I prefer a simple, rectangular sack that looks like a tiny sleeping bag. Some kind of water resistant material on the outside and fleece on the inside. But it's hard to find 'em like that.
Then it's just a matter of taking it one step at a time. Coax them with their favorite treat. One, two steps is fine at first. Next day, 5 or 6 steps. Eddie gave in after a week.
And, most importantly, take VIDEOS!
