The one I have does go over his head but then it only supports his chest and then tightens on the top .. I have to check tomorrow and see if it bothers his throat.
He is only a 1 1/2 years old I dont think this should be happening... Oh I see a Vet visit comeing soon.
I try to keep barking to a minimum and excitment becuase I noticed that is when I would hear the light honking noise.. But today it was loud that a man on the street even gave me a crooked look
