My little Pete reverse sneezes and also unfortunatly has a collapsing trachea. The reverse sneeze sounds like a pig snort in through the nose and is supposedly not dangerous, his collapsing trachea looks more like a cough that he gags on or like a cat with a hair ball. When his trachea starts to collapse (usually when he's playing hard) we make sure to calm him down so the episode can pass, usually only lasting a few seconds. Its probably something you want to talk to your vet about allthough my vet has never really wanted to do anything about it because its not that frequent.
