I have used Matrix Sleek Look for MYSELF for years now, and it works great. But I have a funny story. I bought Loki Cloud Star's Buddy Wash and Buddy Rinse. A while back I was looking for a decent shampoo/conditioner that didn't have anything toxic or "bad" in it, etc. and I had a difficult time. If I did find any with "good" ingredients, they smelled horrible. Finally one day I read the label on Loki's Buddy Wash and it was exactly what I was looking for. There is actually NO soap in the shampoo and the conditioner rinses out completely. The back of the label actually says it was not tested on animals and is perfectly safe for humans. So yes, I stole Loki's shampoo and conditioner. It smells like lavendar and mint. It's cheaper than my Matrix too!
Now I keep Loki clipped really short, but I still find it's best to comb it through wet. People always comment on his coat even though he has a really cottony coat. People constantly say that "Oh he just got groomed!" even if it's 6 weeks since he's been to the groomer and a week since he's had a bath! |
