We used to travel quite a bit years ago so I'm an old hand at how to travel with little ones. Fourteen years ago we travelled a few thousand miles to visit my dad and my son was 3 months old and my daughter was 3...talk about a challenge!! But I was well prepared so the trip went surprisingly well. Are you travelling with skinkids too? I have lots of tips for you to keep them busy if you're in need.
It helps also to buy one of the electric coolers that plugs into the van. They are worth their weight in GOLD..lol...

No skin kids for me (maybe next time...cause it'll be in a few years before I would ever drive back). You sound like a trooper, packing up two kids and doing it.
