We used to travel quite a bit years ago so I'm an old hand at how to travel with little ones. Fourteen years ago we travelled a few thousand miles to visit my dad and my son was 3 months old and my daughter was 3...talk about a challenge!! But I was well prepared so the trip went surprisingly well. Are you travelling with skinkids too? I have lots of tips for you to keep them busy if you're in need.

It helps also to buy one of the electric coolers that plugs into the van. They are worth their weight in GOLD..lol...

Like my hubby says, when going on holiday pack your clothes in your wallet and your money in your suitcase and you'll be fine Hope you have a great time!
Hahahaha! That's GREAT!!

No skin kids for me (maybe next time...cause it'll be in a few years before I would ever drive back). You sound like a trooper, packing up two kids and doing it. I bet you are a PRO at entertaining kids in the car now!! Thanks for the advice. I am a AAA member, can I just go to their website and find what you're talking about?
