sounds like a hoarder to me what kind of person in their right mind would have so many dogs to begin with and how could you not know a place big enough to hold that many dogs was on fire to try and stop it or at least save the dogs or try! seems odd to me! poor dogs what a horrid way to go they should be banned from having so many more dogs again shame on those "Breeders"
