We still have a crate/night barker. I still havent been able to get this dog to quit barking while in the crate and its worse at night. I cant get to bed any earlier than 1 or 2 am with her. She then starts right back up with the barking at 7am or earlier. Ive tried everything and nothing works. She doesnt want to be in the crate at all she wants to run around the house. She wants to sleep anywhere except the crate and voices that decision loudly every single night. Im really getting tired of it and I have already considered getting rid of her. Anytime she starts up the barking its so loud and its so annoying I just cant take it anymore.
I dont want her loose in the house while im alsleep as she tears up paper and anything she can find around the house even clothes. She will also jump on anywhere where anyone is sleeping and jump all over their face and start to nip at them.
So that's where we are today a few months later after the original post. Any additional suggestions?
