We've done a couple of trips with the pups and there are a lot of hotels that will take dogs.........do a search for "pet friendly hotels." They all charge a little extra $5-15 a night. We have had nothing but good experiences so far. Even some Bed and Breakfast places will accept pets. We do a lot of antique shopping and most shops that do not have any sort of food will allow you to take your pet in as long as he is in your arms. We have a front pack carrier that we carry them in. We love vacationing like this!
