hi breny we helped very little we broke the sac off the face and cut the cord just so she wouldnt get it too short other than that she did everything on her own we were gonna pinch the cord to stop bleeding but she took right over nad licked and stopped it all on her own
when she was all done we weighed themboy 6 1/4 oz , girl 4 3/4 oz and then we put a bit of betadine on the cord, she did such a great job i wa so proud of her , we didnt have to help them out or anything it was so kewl... and she is just a yr and half old so i was esp proud!!!!
