No, flossies and bully sticks and Nylabones (make sure it is the Healthy Edibles Nylabones that are 100% digestible) are all safe for yorkies. I give them to my yorkies that are 2.5lbs and 3.6lbs. Whether you can leave them alone with the bones or not, that depends on your yorkie. Is your yorkie a chewer or an eater? My yorkies are chewers. They don't "eat" the bones. If your yorkie is an "eater" I would not leave them alone with a bone. But if she is good about just chewing, then I think it is fine as long as the bone is not too small and can't get caught in her throat if she swallowed it. It is always best to throw bones out when they get small.
