It is food aggression - but maybe not so bad after all.
You say she isn't this way with her regular food.
I think she just found something that is really special... and she really wants to keep it.
My dogs aren't aggressive with their food normally either - but you made me remember a couple times when they were - and it was also when they got something they usually don't get - and something they really wanted to keep - and almost always meat or a bone etc.
***** I certainly would never take it personally if my dogs growled at me or even snapped so that I would let them keep some prize that they had found. (This doesn't mean that I wouldn't take it away from them - depends on what it is) -- but I can understand their occasionally wanting to keep something.
*** You just try to take my chocolate truffles away from me!!!!!
