Rocky will occasionally do this with something he's not supposed to have either. He's picked up on the "drop it" command, and it always works with his toys. When it's something he shouldn't have (which is rare, because he's always been pretty good about only chewing his stuff) and if he does act mean, I close his mouth and tell him "No, Bad Dog" in my "mean voice".
