Default Advice needed, please help!

I wasn't sure where to post this but thought this might be the most appropriate forum. Jaden's been doing some strange breathing noises lately. It started a few days after I got him and its been on and off, it normally happens at least once a day. It sounds like he's either trying to clear his throat or clear his nose. Almost like a s very slight cough but it isn't a coughing noise. He seems perfectly fine after he's done and it normally doesn't last more than 5 seconds but I didn't know if this was normal. I talked to my Father who used to raise dogs (not yorkies) and he said that his dogs would try to clear their noses as the seasons changed and it wasn't anything to worry about.

The thing is, the other day it seemed like Jaden had a very, very slight "runny" nose. It wasn't really running down his nose just a little tiny bit on the outside and the snot was very clear, not yellow or discolored or anything like that. I was just wondering if anyone else on here was having similar issues or had similar issues with their yorkies and if the cause of these things is in fact just the weather getting colder and not anything I need to see the vet about...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
