Default Listen To Your Vet, It's The Only Safe Way to Go

My guys get Interceptor.

It not only prevents heartworm, but other worms, like whipworm, roundworm, etc.

I let mine in the yard even in the snow, and several stray cats do poops in everyone's yard. I just don't know if my guys will ever try to taste another animal's poops.

I give it all year long, and next Spring, I'm switching to Sentinel, which is Interceptor with the flea egg and larve killer.

Be sure, please ask your vet what is the safest thing to do depending on which product you use.

I use Frontline all year long, too. Many people stop at the first sign of cold weather, but there may be eggs in your house that will develop into adult fleas. Why risk it at the expense of our babies' health. Better to pay for the products now then the hospital bill later.
