Glad he's doing so well. Keep checking him for dehydration by looking at his gums, they should be a healthy pink like the other pups, not light or white. Also "pinch" the skin at the scruff of his neck, it should spring back in place, if it stays "tented" or hunched up then take him back in for another round of fluids until you can get him over this weak period.

Hopefully, he doesn't have hydrocephalus. If he does, it actually may worsen with the introduction of fluids, but, of course, hydration is necessary or he will not make it.
