I thought I wrote this post early this morning so if it is around here somewhere sorry for the double post!!
I Took my ASTI to the vet for Rabies and check up ..I really never knew her real age just guessed 15 to 17yrs..
The Doc found some old records 2 owners before me..Asti will be 18 yrs in DEC.. WOW.
Doc says she the oldest yorkie he takes care of maybe the oldest dog
She is blind, only has one tooth..hearing almost gone..a small heart murmur and just in the last few months she has become incontinent..and.. disoriented.
We have caught her going in circles so now I believe her smell is going too..
I do not believe she will be with me much longer.
I hope she just goes to sleep in her sleep.. I will be a mess when it happens.
I have had Her for about 7 yrs now and she has had a tough life before here with me.. My bed room is her castle.
ASTI IS 4 POUNDS OF PURE LOVE AND LADY.
Here are some pics ...not real good ones ..her hair used to be long and curly...her eyes big and bright..
I have been keeping her hair short now for a few yrs.
