yup i had the same problem with my dixie when she was little too and i learned the hard way to keep it trimmed back there too i also use clippers and a mustache trimmer lol... her was so stuck i cleaned and cleaned and pulled and she would cry and then i would cry lol finally i took her to vet and he got it off for me lol sad huh but she was going to the vet in next day or so for her shots anyway so he did it for me lol gl
