I heard of this patch ( or was it a pill

) created spec. for women that helps them stop smoking and it regulates their weight so they don't gain excessively. I saw the infomercial for it on tv. Myabe someone here knows what I'm talking about. And I feel ya' pain, beacuse while I've never been a smoker I did gain 6 pounds thanks to Ben & Jerry and Pringles

I lost 4 of the 6 pounds, but I'm struggling with these last 2
