Unfortunately it happens but Gina your health is more important. Be aware of what you are eating or snacking on and try to cut calories that way. Smoking is really bad for you. I quit many years ago and still get the urge! Life is not easy at times and as we age we also gain weight. Meaning me not you, your still a youngen. Hang in there. Try not to get depressed and think about how healthy your lungs will get. It will level off but your going to have to be careful to watch your snacking because you might be compensating snacking in place of that ciggarette without realizing it.
Stay strong. You won't be sorry. Lexi will have her mommy for many more years to come Carol & Buddy
