Dont start smoking again, you will just regret it! If you are doing good without your cigs then dont go back to smoking. You will just find yourself trying to quit again. Just exercise every night before bed or in the morning when you wake up. Or everytime that you want a smoke do 10 crunches. Or if you want a snack bc you are craving a cig, then do 10 crunches! Just an idea. Stay strong, you dont want to go back to smoking.
