I would say you had special ordered a gift and they CALLED to say there was a mix up and you guys had to go pick it up. THEN... I would be making him drive all these crazy directions by reading them from a phony direction paper. Now afer about 15 minutes you will be all LOST and he will be mad by then(which makes it all the better). You just keep saying "THESE are the directions they gave me". Then after one more try and not finding the place.... you whip out the gift and tell him maybe THIS will help you find it
