Many of you know that my beloved aunt (known to me as "Sis") passed away unexpectedly two weeks after her 56th birthday in January of 2005. Earlier that evening, my daughter and I were staying with my son in his dorm room and my son talked to her, laughed and joked and we all said hello through him. When I got the phone call literally 4 hours later telling me she had died, I just couldn't believe it.
To make a long story short, she was not only my aunt, but like my best friend. We talked at least once daily on the phone and I visited her in Kansas at least 4 times a year. This had been our pattern for the past 12 years. I was devastated by her death and was executor of her estate as well as the planner of the funeral.
I visited a psychic with my mom about a year later and at the end of the session, the psychic said there is someone you loved very much who wants you to know that they are always with you, have loved you since before you were born and could never be disappointed in you and wants you to know she is happy and pain-free. She asked me if that meant anything and I was so blown away that I could do nothing but nod!
