I buy the 2 inch in bulk from Joanns when it is on sale for 50% off. Joanns sells it in the smaller packages.....but they also sell it by the roll and I wait for that to go on sale and buy up the role for half price!!
I also know that Joanns online store sells velcro at prices cheaper than the stores most of the time....but I have not priced the 2 inch online.
