Do dog's go though the terrible two's like kids do. Because I think mine is. He is just so playful not in a bad way but just different.

Question 2::
My 13 month old Tali she had her first heat in July at 9 months old big deal. But two weeks old she started a second heat. Is this normal for a dog to have two heat cycles in a matter of months like that??
