TCC and I are moving into an apartment in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and tenants are offered a deal for phone and Internet service from FCI Broadband (fcibroadband.com). I want to know if both services are reliable. Are there any problems with phone service? Is the Internet speed ever slow or does the connection drop frequently? We use Bell phone service and have Sympatico Internet service right now. We're wondering if we should switch. Thanks!
